PartnerTrackGlobal provides an affiliate platform for promoting products and earning commissions. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may use the affiliate links and materials provided within the platform. You agree not to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal marketing practices.
Commissions are calculated based on tracked and validated conversions. Payouts are issued monthly via PayPal or Wise, subject to minimum thresholds and compliance checks.
We use tracking technology to attribute referrals. PartnerTrackGlobal is not responsible for lost commissions due to factors outside our control such as ad blockers, cookie settings, or third-party outages.
Our standard attribution window is 90 days from the last referred visit, unless otherwise stated in a specific program.
PartnerTrackGlobal and its partners retain all rights to their brands, trademarks, and content. You may use provided assets only as allowed within the affiliate platform.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms or terminate the program at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, with Oslo District Court as the first instance unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
