This Affiliate Commercial Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by PartnerTrackGlobal (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate”). By joining the program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Appointment
Company appoints Affiliate as a non-exclusive marketing partner authorized to promote Company products using materials provided by Company.
2. Responsibilities
- Use only approved messaging and creatives.
- Comply with all privacy, advertising, anti-spam, and local marketing laws.
- Do not mislead, spam, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
- Protect login credentials; notify Company immediately of any compromise.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Commissions are tracked via the unique QR codes and referral links provided. Self-referrals or manipulation of tracking tools forfeits commissions.
4. Compensation
- Commission rate: as posted in the dashboard per project.
- Payout schedule: monthly, within 15 days after the prior month, once the minimum threshold (50 EUR or equivalent) is reached.
- Payout methods: PayPal or Wise; Affiliate is responsible for fees and accurate account data.
- Company may adjust rates with 14 days’ written notice.
5. Term & Termination
This Agreement renews monthly until terminated. Either party may terminate with 14 days’ notice. Company may suspend or terminate immediately for cause (fraud, policy violation), in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliate may use Company trademarks solely to promote the program. Registering confusingly similar domains, ads, or handles is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
All non-public information (dashboards, leads, creatives) is confidential and may only be used for program participation. Obligations survive termination.
8. Compliance & Indemnity
Affiliate represents compliance with all applicable laws and agrees to indemnify Company against losses arising from Affiliate’s breach or unlawful conduct.
9. Independent Contractor
The relationship is that of independent contractors. Nothing herein creates employment, partnership, franchise, or agency.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Affiliate Terms and program policies, constitutes the entire agreement between Company and Affiliate. Updates may be communicated via email or dashboard and are binding once published.
